Here’s an inside look at some of my favorite makeup products that are sensitive on the skin. I have been trying to shoot for the glossy/glowy look and I’ve been super happy with my results with these natural, dewey look makeup products.
It’s always good to start out your makeup routine with a good, solid primer. This primer by cover effects has proven to be moisturizing but also not oily at all. It doesn’t make my foundation come apart on my face like some primers do. I highly recommend this product if you’ve been needing a primer that makes your makeup last well all day!

Kevyn Aucoin glass glow for face and body is a heavenly product. It makes your skin look flawless, glowy, and natural. I’ve been using it for almost a year now and I’m super happy with it! What I usually do is mix the glass glow with my Becca foundation. This gives full coverage but helps the foundation blend in with your skin. Make sure to choose a Kevyn Aucoin glass glow product that goes well with your skin tint if you do this. I’ve started to mix face lotion with the glass glow and Becca foundation (since it’s been getting hotter) and this has yielded AMAZING results! I recommend doing this if you don’t have as many blemishes to conceal.
Boy brow and brow flick work extremely well for creating the natural fluffy eyebrow look that’s been popular recently. They are pretty affordable compared to most makeup products and Glossier has excellent customer service! They have so many amazing products on their website!
I haven’t actually bought cloud paint for myself but I’ve sampled it and I got my mom some not too long ago and she LOVES it! I recommend choosing the colors carefully though because some colors go better with certain skin tones.
I love this liquid eyeshadow!! It makes your lids glossy and glittery without a single crease all day! And it’s super easy to apply! I’m pretty much out so I need to get more–highly recommend!
I don’t know if this actually does anything but I love spraying my face after I put makeup on. It feels nice and it makes me feel like my makeup is sealed in for the rest of the day. Again I could totally be imagining it–either way it doesn’t make a huge difference but it feels nice!
If you’re going for the glossy “glazed doughnut” look then Glossier’s Lidstar is probably a better option than skywash but I love the look of this liquid eyeshadow!! Most matte eyeshadows don’t look super natural but this one looks natural and cutting edge!
I don’t like to pile on tons of layers of mascara because I have very sensitive eyes. This mascara does the trick because it gives a slightly darkening/volumizing effect and doesn’t irritate my eyes. I’m all for natural, lightweight makeup products that are good for your face and this one makes the cut!
