I love sharing about family fun activities! Especially ones that I have never done before! Golfing is something I definitely am not familiar with. I have done mini golfing growing up & then one time went golfing with Eric when we were dating but that is all my golf experience in a nutshell haha. Eric grew up golfing & even took lessons so he had a little more experience for sure. Then Beck had never golfed so it sounded like something fun we should do as a family!
We went to Topgolf for the first time & I am sold! Let me count the ways I loved it haha. Truly the PERFECT family place! First of all it is so comfortable. As in comfy couches & it is heated even though you are outside. I feel like when you play golf you have to brave the elements such as sun, wind & rain. But at Topgolf you can play year round- even in the snow! The night we went was a little chilly but it was perfect with the heater- I loved the cozy feel.
Now let me share about the FOOD! You might be thinking it would be bowling alley arcade type food- not at all! The food is created by a chef & oh it was good! You can order it right at your bay as you play or you can go sit at the restaurant & eat even if you aren’t golfing. It is such a fun environment with the restaurant & the rooftop bar etc. I love their appetizers such as the nachos! But my favorite thing is the injectable donut holes! They are SO good! They are like a cinnamon sugar donut & then they have cream, chocolate & raspberry filling you shoot into the donut! You will never be the same!
Topgolf is perfect for our family since we are all different levels of skill. They were awesome & brought Beck some toddler clubs & he LOVED it! He was better than I was haha. He had so much fun seeing the colors light up & dancing to the music. Eric loved it & was good at it since he has had some practice. He was good & I was learning & it was a blast that we could all be playing. They have different games you can play but I love the Topgolf game because you get points whatever target you hit.
I am excited to keep coming as a family. I also want to go on a double date night at Topgolf soon. It is perfect for friends, dates, dances, family get togethers & so much more! They have lessons they teach by PGA certified coaches that sound awesome. When Beck is a little older I am going to have him take one a week in the summer- their food is even included!
I loved that we had different levels of skill & were still able to find something that we all enjoyed! It is also so fun to have your own TV in your bay to be able to really enjoy it & do it how you want!
