Beck is DOS! We had such a fun party celebrating him & how dang much we love him! Beck LOVES tacos so we had to have a Taco TWOsday party! Well we decided that Beck doesn’t like fiestas haha because his whole party he just wanted to play in the sandbox. He literally didn’t eat any food except a cookie & wouldn’t even come near the party- he was either in the sandbox or refusing to get out of the red car! We didn’t get a good family picture & I didn’t get a good picture of him in his cute amigo shirt but that is just his 2 year old self! Wild & LOVES being outside!

The morning of the party I was so stressed that it wouldn’t come together in time & there was so much wind that I threatened to just order pizza but that’s the thrill of it! I am already dreaming of themes for his party next year- haha I have 3 I love- yes I have a problem haha.
We had a taco bar, salsa bar & the best dessert! The kids had a blast with the piñata & the pin the mustache on Beck sign I made- I just used Canva & printed it at Costco! The invitations & taco bar, salsa bar & dessert signs are from Script & Rose! Miah is awesome to work with! She custom made the signage to match the invites & gave the whole party the same fun theme! She even has a coupon for you guys- use CHERRINGTON for 15% off!
GenWoo made the colorful tassel fiesta garland! I am going to use this garland all the time- I love it! In her shop she also makes the cutest mini version of this banner for a highchair- it would be so cute for a 1st birthday party- it is linked here. She also sent the cactus balloon with the matching tassels on the bottom!
Okay I still can’t get over the personalized cups & napkins! The cups are shatterproof & it was nice that it was kind of a built in party favor since people wanted to keep the cups. The quality of the napkins are really good as well. I would suggest Two Funny Girls for all your personalized party decor.
A feature of the party that I loved & that I got so many compliments on was this cute taco & cactus banner Beck literally tried to bite the taco & was saying taco taco haha. Not only does it look real but it’s so cute! I am going to be using this at every cinco de mayo party & so many fun Mexican nights! I love it so much! Check out LiliBun for more felt fun!
The perfect fiesta cake topper c/o Avalon Sunshine I love the flags & how great they went with the theme! I also need to tag the cutest donut bakery tray she sells as well! I am going to share about it on my Instagram because it is sooo cute! I need to get Beck a cute wood kitchen for it.
The party wouldn’t have been complete without matching taco shirts from HG Apparel they have such funny shirts! Their shirts are also such high quality. I love them & want them for all the parties haha I loved having them for Cinco de Mayo as well!
I have to share about Simply Baked– I worked with them last year too & had to work with them this year as well! I got so many compliments this year & last about the wooden utensils– so fun! I also got the straws, dessert plates, cupcake stand & the green & white striped salsa cups from Simply Baked. Simply Baked packages arrive so quickly & they are the best quality! I cannot recommend them enough!
I am so excited to share about The Chocolate in Orem, UT & they also have a location in West Jordan, Utah! All the amazzziinng dessert was from The Chocolate! Not only is The Chocolate an amazing bakery but they have the cutest place where they serve up yummy desserts & it is a great place to go on a date or with a group. I literally couldn’t get enough of the big coconut pineapple cake- my mouth is watering even thinking about it- so good & whipped in the best cream. I love that they decorated sugar cookies for me & made them fit the theme perfectly. I love how much the cactus & sombrero added to the dessert table. The little mini red velvet cupcakes were not only pretty but delicious. I can’t forget about the brownies- I am talking a salted caramel brownie- heaven! The mini funfetti cake for Beck was so cute & tasty! I have never had a funfetti cake that was good & this sure was! I loved having a cake Beck could blow the candles out on & then we could cut it for the kids. I am always going to order one of their mini cakes especially for 1st birthday parties! Beck’s party was a blast & we have the best family & friends! The key to any party is banners haha I love them & I think they add so much to a party & make it look so full! Oh & I just got the taco piñata at Walmart for like $12- wayyy cheaper than any other ones I found. Oh & I will leave the Cactus Juice recipe below! It was so yummy & it would also be fun for a Hulk party, slime juice etc.
